Project: A-ko Sixteen years after being completely destroyed by a meteorite, Graviton City has been rebuilt. One of its inhabitants, a teenager named Eiko Magami (aka A-ko), lives her life normally with one little difference: She's got superpowers. A-ko is faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound...but she still can't get to school on time. With her best friend, C-ko gleefully in tow, A-ko makes the mad dash every morning to school, breaking all kinds of things (most notably Spy D's bones) along the way. Each morning, she is met at the gates of the school by B-ko, the spoiled daughter of a rich businessman, who happens to be a genius at building mecha. She has set her sights on gaining C-ko's admiration and friendship, and is willing to go to any lengths to obtain her, up to and including destroying A-ko. For this purpose, B-ko constructs the most powerful mecha known to man, but each has a fatal flaw, and that is A-ko. She's just too powerful for B-ko's mecha to beat (so powerful, in fact, that A-ko must wear special armbands to keep her destructive power under control). During the course of the storyline, annoying aliens and powerful, corrupt Earthlings get in the way, occasionally even forcing A-ko and B-ko to call a truce and team up to kick someone's butt.

Iczer-1 Created by the Cthuwulf to be their leader after the destruction of their homeworld, Iczer-1 was forced to leave when Big Gold took over and enslaved the Cthuwulf to her will. Forced to fight her own people, Iczer-1 leads a lonely life, until she partners with Nagisa Kano, a normal high school student who just wants to live a normal life. Strangely enough, Iczer-1 and Big Gold share a connection which links their fates from birth to the end.
